Alternatives

Linktree alternatives, by the reason you are looking

People leave Linktree for six specific reasons. Here is which alternative actually fixes each one — and when the honest answer is to stay where you are.

We make one of the alternatives. On two of the six reasons below the honest answer is a competitor, and it says so. If you want the flat comparison of everything instead, that is the tools table.

Six reasons, six answers

  • 1. Their logo sits under your name

Linktree keeps its logo and a "Made with Linktree" footer on every free page, and removing it means moving up a tier.

What fixes it: Nobody, on a free plan. Every tool here brands its free tier — what differs is the price to remove it, and Carrd is the cheapest at $9/yr. We are no better: pages published on Stick carry a Stick badge, and removing it is not available yet. If a clean page is what you are switching for, this is not the reason to switch to us.

  • 2. The page looks like everyone else's

The free tier gives you a fixed set of themes, so pages built on it are recognisable as Linktree pages at a glance.

What fixes it: Stick puts every available block type, every theme and full per-block styling in its free plan — a free page should not have to look free. Carrd goes furthest if you are comfortable close to the markup. Bento used to be the fast, visual answer, but Linktree shut it down on 13 February 2026.

  • 3. They take a cut of every sale

Linktree takes 12% of every digital product sale on the free plan, on top of what the card processor charges.

What fixes it: Stan Store takes 0% on top of card processing, but charges $29/mo for the privilege — which is cheaper than 12% once you sell regularly, and worse if you sell rarely. Beacons sits in between at 9%.

  • 4. You cannot put the page on a domain you own

Linktree has no custom domain on any tier. Your page is linktr.ee/yourname whatever you pay, so paying more does not fix this one.

What fixes it: Carrd, at $19/yr for the tier that carries custom domains. If the domain is the only reason you are looking, that comparison is the whole decision — Stick does not currently support custom domains and pages publish at yourname.stick.site.

  • 5. You need more than 28 days of detailed analytics

Linktree Free includes individual-link insights, but detailed analytics only cover the last 28 days. Starter extends that to 90 days, Pro to 365 days and Premium to lifetime.

What fixes it: Check whether 28 days is enough before switching. Stick includes per-link analytics in its free plan; other tools use different history and export limits, which the tools table lists.

  • 6. You want to export or use the subscriber list elsewhere

Linktree Subscribe can collect email addresses on Free. Longer audience history, CSV export and mailing-list integrations are paid capabilities.

What fixes it: Stick includes form blocks and contact export in the free plan. Beacons is the better answer if you also want a broader email-marketing suite under the same login.

When to stay on Linktree

The default, and the reason the category has a name. A broad app marketplace, years of integrations, and a layout audiences already recognise. If none of the six above is actually biting — if the page works, the branding does not bother you and you are not selling — switching costs you an afternoon and buys nothing. The best reason to move is a specific problem, not a general feeling that there must be something better.

It is also the only one your audience recognises on sight, and that is worth something no feature list captures. The line-by-line against ours, including where theirs wins, is on Stick vs Linktree.

How to actually switch

Linktree does not provide a one-click export of the page itself or an HTTP redirect from an old Linktree profile URL to a new provider. Premium analytics CSV export and Linktree's Link Redirect feature are different things. Rebuilding the page is usually the easy part; the real work is changing the URL in every social profile, email signature, business card and QR code where you used it.

  1. Build the new page and check it on a phone before you touch anything else.
  2. Update Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X — the profiles that send actual traffic.
  3. Leave the old page live for a few weeks with one link on it, pointing at the new one.
  4. Then find the QR codes.
